Sprint is Screwing It’s Long Term Customers!!

I have been a Sprint Customer for over 10 Years.

Sprint is FORCING it’s Customers to Switch their plans to a More Expensive Plan With Less Features in order to purchase and Activate any of the Newer PPC Devices that they are releasing.

So, in effect, SPRINT is punishing its Long Term Customers for having a Plan that is less expensive than its newer plans.

I have my elderly Mom on my second line. She uses only 50 minutes per month. If I switched to a Newer Plan, it would cost me an additional $1500.00 over a 2 year contract period and I would receive 500 less minutes per month and fewer features. So SPRINT is not only SCREWING its Long Term Customers but also their Elderly Parents.

Sprint’s reasoning is that they don’t want their customers to have data overage issues and want them to utilize all of the features that these new devices have to offer.

I already have a plan with Unlimited Data and am able to Utilize all of the features these new devices have to offer, so Sprint’s explanation is just a bunch of BULL!

They then say that it is a coding issue as the system will not let them activate certain devices on certain plans.

WELL, NO SHIT SHERLOCK!!!!!!!!WHO DO YOU THINK INITIATED THESE RESTRICTIVE PROTOCOLS…………….SPRINT!!!!!!!!!

SPRINT SCREWS ITS LONG TERM CUSTOMERS, AND IN SOME CASES, THE ELDERLY!!!!!!!
