IS HEALTH PLUS INSURANCE CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEATHS OF CANCER PATIENTS BY DENYING PET SCANS???

I know someone whose Doctor has prescribed a PET/CT Scan to help Diagnose a suspicious Spot found on a CT Scan. The Doctor prescribed the PET/Ct Scan over 2 months ago, but someone or someones are dragging their heels on this one. The Doctor’s office is saying that Health Plus has denied the PET SCAN and Health Plus is saying that the Doctor’s Office never sent them the requested reports and the Doctor’s Office is saying that they never received the request from Health Plus. In addition, Health Plus has said that the First Request for a PET SCAN from the Doctor’s office came 1 1/2 months after the date that the Doctor’s Office said they requested the PET SCAN……………You see where this is going. THIS IS THEN BOTTOMLINE >>>

1) If Health Plus is denying the request for a PET SCAN, then they may be contributing to the Possible Death of this Patient if it is found out the Patient has Cancer. And there must be many more Patients who are being denied this Required Test. If Health Plus has received the requested information,then they are dragging their heels regarding ok’ing the PET SCAN. And if Health Plus is Lying, then they are being Negligent in affording the Patient Prompt and Proper Care.

2) The Doctor’s office is not off the hook either. If it is true the Doctor’s office requested the PET SCAN in the timeframe Health Plus has said, then the Doctor’s Office at the very most, is also contributing to the Possible Death of this Patient by delaying treatment,  if it is Found that the Patient has Cancer. If the Doctor’s Office is telling the truth regarding Health Plus’s Negligence, then at the very least, The Doctor’s Office is not Following up this Case in a Timely Manner on Behalf of The Patient, and is therefore Culpable in the Delayed Treatment, if necessary, of The Patient. From what I have been told, there is a Delay in the Doctor’s Office following up with Health Plus, as they wait at least a week and sometimes more, when the Patient tells them something that health Plus told her. She passes it along to the Doctor’s Office and sometimes has not gotten a Follow Up Call for over a Month!!!

 EITHER WAY, BOTH HEALTH PLUS AND THE DOCTOR’s OFFICE ARE NEGLIGENT IN AFFORDING THE PATIENT PROMPT CARE REGARDING HER CONDITION. IF IT IS FOUND THAT THE SUSPICIOUS SPOT IS NOT CANCER, ALL WILL BE WELL, BUT THERE ARE A FEW ISSUES THAT HAVE REARED THEIR UGLY HEADS THAT NEED PROMPT ATTENTION BY BOTH THE DOCTOR’s OFFICE AND BY HEALTH PLUS. IF IT IS FOUND THAT THE PATIENT HAS CANCER AND THE NECESSARY TREATMENT HAS BEEN DELAYED, BOTH THE DOCTOR’s OFFICE AND HEALTH PLUS HAVE ENGAGED IN AGGREGIOUS AND MALICIOUS PRACTICES aka NEGLIGENCE,  AND THE PROPER AUTHORITIES INCLUDING MEDICAL, LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND LEGAL WILL BE NOTIFIED AND HEADS WILL DEFINITELY ROLL!!!!!!!

IN ADDITION, IF THIS PATIENT WAS A lOVED ONE OR A FAMILY MEMBER OF EITHER THE DOCTOR’s OFFICE OR HEALTH PLUS, YOU WOULD NOT SEE THIS AGGREGIOUS BEHAVIOR BEING PRACTICED.!!!!!

WEEKS AND MONTHS OF DELAYS????? GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK!!!!
