LET ME FIRST SAY THAT I DESPISE HP PRODUCTS BECAUSE OF THEIR PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE RUDENESS OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES, AND THEIR PERSISTENT AND DEVIOUS, DECEPTIVE WAYS TO NOT HONOR THEIR ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY………….WITH THAT BEING SAID, THIS IS ABOUT THE DECEPTIVE AND DEVIOUS SELLING PRACTICE OF HP, ALONG WITH QVC…..

AMAZON.COM IS SELLING THE HP MINI 210 FOR $304.99, WHICH IS $125.00 LESS THAN QVC. NOW HERE IS THE DIFFERENCE >>

THE MODEL THAT QVC IS SELLING HAS A 250 GB HARD-DRIVE.

THE MODEL AMAZON.COM IS SELLING HAS A 160GB HARD-DRIVE.

THE ABOVE IS THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 2 MODELS.

THE COST TO HP TO INCLUDE A LARGER HARD-DRIVE IS A FEW DOLLARS. I GUARANTEE THAT THEIR ADDITIONAL PROFIT IS OVER $100.00 FOR THE NETBOOKS THEY SELL ON QVC.

CONSUMER BEWARE…………..JUST MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR. DON’T JUST THINK BECAUSE THE ITEM IS ON QVC THAT YOU MUST NE GETTING A GREAT DEAL. THIS IS NOT THE CASE MUCH OF THE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT NETBOOK WITH THE NEWER N450 INTEL ATOM PROCESSOR, GO GET THE ACER AO532H. ACER WAS THE FIRST MANUFACTURER TO COME OUT WITH THE N450 NETBOOK MODELS. THE MSRP IS $299.00. IT IS A MUCH NICER NETBOOK THAN HP, AND THE ACER DOES NOT HAVE THAT STUPID HUMP OF A BATTERY THAT HP HAS!!!!! THE ACER ALSO HAS A 6 CELL BATTERY, BUT IT IS NICELY INTEGRATED INTO THE DESIGN OF THE NETBOOK, WHILE THE HP MODEL LOOKS LIKE IT WAS JUST SLAPPED TOGETHER, AND LOOKS LIKE SHIT!!!!

ONE MORE THING.HP SAYS ITS NETBOOK HAS 9 1/2 HOURS OF BATTERY TIME. THAT IS BULLSHIT. IT IS JUST A BULLSHIT SELLING POINT BECAUSE HP WANTS TO MAKE CUSTOMERS BELIEVE THAT THEIR NETBOOKS HAVE MORE BATTERY TIME THAN THE OTHER MANUFACTURER’S, WHO ALL RATE THEIRS AROUND 8 HOURS.

ACER SAYS THE AO532H  HAS 8 HOURS OF BATTERY TIME. IT IS MORE LIKE 7 HOURS OR SO.

BOTH MODELS HAVE THE N450 PROCESSOR WITH A 6 CELL BATTERY. THE BATTERY LIFE WILL BE ABOUT THE SAME……………………

SO, IN CLOSING, BEWARE OF QVC AND HP. DON’T BUY THE HP MINI 210 FROM QVC, AND IF YOU ALREADY DID, RETURN IT AND SAVE YOURSELF $125.00 BY BUYING THE HP MINI ELSEWHERE. OR PURCHASE THE ACER AO532H AND FORGET ABOUT THAT UGLY BATTERY HUMP THAT HP SLAPPED TOGETHER ON THEIR MINI, LIKE THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I wrote about my HP Experience in another Post, BUT I want to Update the situation in another Post.

I sent an Email to The Board Of Directors of HP to ESCALATE the Problems I was having with the HP “Customer Resolution Team.”

I received an automated response that i would receive a response shortly. 4 days later I received a callback from the same Asshole that I was complaining about. This Asshole, Linda aka Lisa said that she read my email to the Board of Directors and that the decision stands. $325 to fix the problem…………WTF, I send an email to the board of directors and the same ASSHOLE CALLS ME BACK. Either the Board of Directors consists of a bunch of CLOWNS, or HP’s system to handle Customer Service issues is broken…..

I called back and spoke to a Different CLOWN, named Eric. He said Lisa will call me Back. I said, “you mean Linda?” He said “No, Lisa.”  So now Linda is Lisa. I asked this asshole eric why there are 2 names for the same person? This asshole eric said “Ummm, she may have been using her Middle name.” Wtf!!!! Not only is HP Customer resolution a Bunch of Clowns. They also go by alias’. Eric or whatever his name is said that his department had the last say, and I cannot go any higher with my complaint. HE GAVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL WHICH WOULD SEND ME BACK TO THIS ASSHOLES DEPARTMENT. THEASE ASSHOLES THINK THIS IS ALL A JOKE AND ARE THE BIGGEST ASSHOLES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

HP has some SCAM going, and I recommend that NO ONE PURCHASE ANY HP DEVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I will go further with this. BEWARE THAT HP CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A SHAM!!!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSISTS OF A BUNCH OF RUDE, SARCASTIC ASSHOLES!!! IF THEY WERE IN A BRICK AND MORTER STORE, AND ACCESSIBLE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS IN PERSON, THEY WOULD HAVE A DIFFERENT TUNE.

DO NOT BUY HP PRODUCTS OR YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH A circus if you need customer support. THERE IS NONE!!!!

The Customer resolutions Team consist of a Bunch of Clowns!!!!! Sarcastic, Rude, No Concern, No Info, etc. These Assholes should be brought out on the carpet for their actions and FUCKING FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a $600.  HP Laptop 1 month ago and the USB Port Broke. I contacted HP Customer Service and explained the issue to them. They said the problem was covered under Warranty and to ship it back to them. They sent me a prepaid box and I shipped it back.

4 days later they notified me and said I should call them. I called them at 1:30 in the morning because I just read the their Email, and the Overseas Rep said that I was not covered for the repair, and that there is a charge of $324,95 to repair the unit. The Rep sounded like she was reading off a Cue Card. I asked her if she was FUCKING KIDDING ME????

She repeated that there ws a $324.95 charge to repair the unit. I said I wanted to speak to a Supervisor. She said I should call back during Business Hours. I told this Rep that it sounds like you tell EVERYONE there is a Charge for repair, and that you DON’T Honor your  One Year Warranty. I also said that I have read on the Web that HP has a Problem Honoring Warranties. I also said that I have an ACER and that I will NEVER Buy an HP Product again. I said after I get this Laptop fixed under Warranty, and I will get it repaired under Warranty,  you have lost a Customer. NOT that she gives a SHIT!!! I also said I will call Consumer Affairs and whatever other Agencies in order to get you to Honor the HP one Year Warranty.

The Reps response was > DO I HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY OR AM I  COVERED FOR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES, ETC. ? I answered no to both questions, and asked if she was Shitting me!!!I said I have a One Year Warranty from HP!!!!!!!!!! She said I am NOT COVERED!!!!

I HAVE READ ABOUT THIS HAPPENIG TO OTHER CUSTOMERS,  AND IT IS A DISGRACE THAT HP DOES NOT HONOR THEIR ONE YEAR WARRANTY!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE AN HP PRODUCT, OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HP IS ONE OF THE LOUSIEST, DISHONERABLE, BULLSHITTING COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! SOMEONE SHOULD PROHIBIT THEM FROM SELLING ANY PRODUCTS, AFTER FINING THE SHIT OUT OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

HP, YOU SUCK BIG TIME, YOU FUCKING ASSHOLES!!!!!
